为了进一步了解和关心国际留学生在校学习和生活情况、增进对留学生所在的国家文化的认识、培养学生国际视野、促进文化交流和文明沟通，国际学院针对留学生推出了教育开放推广季“跨文化视野”之“和山面对面”系列访谈节目。4月19日下午英语语言文化学院英语师范专业的潘锦同学对苏家辉进行了访谈。
苏家辉，来自土库曼斯坦，2023级汉语语言文化专业的学生。
Atayev Suleyman Dowranovich, from Turkmenistan, who is studying Chinese language and culture now.
Q1: 可以向我介绍一下你的国家吗？
苏家辉：土库曼斯坦国土面积不太大，没有地铁，也没有高铁，只有六百万人，但杭州就有一千两百多万人。我们国家有很多俄罗斯人，所以我们也会说俄语。跟中国相比，总体上衣服贵一点，水果品种不多，羊肉和牛肉非常便宜，天然气资源也很丰富，我们会出口给其他国家。
Q1: Can you tell me about your country?
Atayev Suleyman Dowranovich : Turkmenistan is not a large country, with no subway or high-speed rail, and only six million people. However, Hangzhou has more than 12 million people. There are many Russians in our country, so we also speak Russian. Compared to China, clothes are generally more expensive, there are not many varieties of fruits, mutton and beef are very cheap, and natural gas resources are also abundant which we export to other countries.
Q2: 如果我去土库曼斯坦旅游，你会推荐哪儿？
苏家辉：首先，我会推荐首都阿什哈巴德（Ashgabat），到处都是白色的建筑，是名副其实的“白色之城”，其次就是我所在的城市，马雷（Mary），历史悠久，有古城梅尔夫的遗址，可以看到古代的建筑和陵墓。还有就是临近里海的城市，景色优美，夏天的时候可以在海上冲浪，在沙滩上晒日光浴，拍许多照片，非常惬意。
Q2: If I travel to Turkmenistan, where would you recommend?
Atayev Suleyman Dowranovich : Firstly, I would recommend Ashgabat, the capital of my country, which is a veritable "White City" with white buildings everywhere. Secondly, I would recommend Mary, the city where I live, which has a long history and the ruins of the ancient city of Merv. You can see ancient buildings and tombs there. There are also cities near the Caspian Sea with beautiful scenery. In summer, you can surf on the sea, sunbathe on the beach, take many photos, and have a very pleasant time.
Q3: 可以给我介绍一些你们国家的特色美食吗？
苏家辉：1. Plov是土库曼斯坦最受欢迎的传统菜肴之一，它由米饭、肉类（通常是羊肉）、胡萝卜和洋葱炖煮而成，跟炒饭很像；2. Shurpa是肉汤，有胡萝卜、洋葱、生菜等等，在节日的时候家里人会做；3. Manty是一道传统的炖菜，类似于中国的馄饨，它由饺子皮包裹着羊肉、洋葱和香料制成；4.Dograma有面包、洋葱和肉；5.Somsa类似于中国新疆的烤包子；6. Chörek是土库曼斯坦的传统面食之一，外酥内软。
Q3: Can you introduce some special foods of your country to me?
Atayev Suleyman Dowranovich: 1. Plov is one of the most popular traditional dishes in Turkmenistan. It is made of rice and meat(usually mutton), carrots and onions, similar to Fried Rice; 2. Shurpa is a broth made by family members during festivals, including carrots, onions, lettuce, and so on; 3. Manty is a traditional stew, similar to Wonton in China. It is made of mutton, onion and spices wrapped in dumpling skin; 4. Dograma contains bread, onions, and meat; 5. Somsa is similar to roasted buns in Xinjiang, China; 6. Chörek is one of the traditional pasta in Turkmenistan. It is crisp outside and soft inside.
Q4: 来到中国后，你觉得有什么不同的吗？
苏家辉：我目前还不太能适应中国的饮食，我们吃饭会一起吃Chörek和米饭，还有沙拉，但中国这里只吃米饭或者面条，我不喜欢吃面条，中国的面包跟我们的面包也不一样，而且中国羊肉很贵，我是伊斯兰教徒，不吃猪肉。我们国家没什么水果，中国有很多，我喜欢吃香蕉。中国有电瓶车，我们国家没有。
Q4: After coming to China, do you feel any different?
Atayev Suleyman Dowranovich: I'm not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine. We eat Chörek, rice, and salad together, but in China, you only eat rice or noodles. I don't like noodles. The bread in China is different from ours, and Chinese mutton is very expensive. I'm an Islamic believer and don't eat pork. There are not many fruits in our country, but there are many in China. I like to eat bananas. Moreover, there are electric bicycles in China, but not in our country.
Q5: 你去过中国哪些城市？
苏家辉：来杭州的时候在北京转机，玩了会儿，之后还去过义乌，那里有很多便宜的东西，未来我想去上海和广州，这两个城市很有名。
Q5: Which cities have you been to in China?
Atayev Suleyman Dowranovich: I had a layover in Beijing when I came to Hangzhou, and I spent some time there. Later, I also went to Yiwu, where there are many cheap things. In the future, I want to go to Shanghai and Guangzhou, which are very famous and international cities.
Q6: 你为什么会选择现在的专业？今后有什么打算呢？
苏家辉：我想掌握更多知识，就来了中国学习汉语，今年暑假毕业后我会申请其他大学，可能会学计算机，以后我想为中国与土库曼斯坦的商业来往做贡献，有可能自己创业，也有可能做贸易相关的翻译工作。
Q6: Why did you choose your current major? What are your plans for the future?
Atayev Suleyman Dowranovich: I came to China to learn Chinese because I want to acquire more knowledge. After graduating this summer, I will apply to other universities and may study computer science. In the future, I want to contribute to the business exchanges between China and Turkmenistan. In addition, I may start my own business or work as a translator in trade-related fields.
