为了进一步了解和关心国际留学生在校学习和生活情况、增进对留学生所在的国家文化的认识、培养学生国际视野、促进文化交流和文明沟通，国际学院针对中外大学生推出了教育开放推广季“跨文化视野”之“和山面对面”系列访谈节目。11月8日下午东方语言文化学院朝鲜语专业的韦覃曦 (Wei Qinxi) 同学对李明优进行了访谈。
李明优，来自蒙古国，2024级汉语语言文化专业的学生。
Munh-Erdene,from Mongolia, who is studying Chinese language and culture now.
在访谈开始之初，李明优首先向我们展示了他提前准备好的PPT和视频，热情认真地介绍了他的国家。
At the beginning of the interview, Li Mingyou first showed us the PPT and video he had prepared in advance and enthusiastically introduced his country.
李明优：我准备了一些关于蒙古国的图片和视频
1. Milk River
这条河的蒙古名字是Suun Gal.它非常清澈。
2. Lake "Khovsgol"
这是库苏古尔湖，这是在蒙古国一个很有名的地方，坐落在蒙古国北部。它非常的清澈并且每个人都想去这里度假或者放松，但是我还没去过。
3. Lake "Uvs Nuur"
这个是另外一个湖泊，名叫乌布苏湖，它位于蒙古国东部，在不同的季节它会呈现不同的颜色，在夏天它看起来像是蓝色，在春天和秋天会变成绿色，冬天的时候，湖面会结冰，人们可以在上面滑冰。
4. Gobi Desert
我们还有一个沙漠，看起来很像撒哈拉沙漠，非常大。几乎整个蒙古国的南部都是这样的沙漠。沙漠里还有两个不同颜色的湖泊。并且如果你来到蒙古国，你可以骑骆驼去游玩。在晚上还可以看到很多的星星，在秋冬季节还有机会看到天空呈现两种不同的颜色，红色和蓝色，开始会出现红色，然后出现蓝色，但是我没能找到合适的照片。

6. Traditional food in Mongolia
(1)Tsuivan :
这是一种用羊肉、胡萝卜和洋葱炖制的丰盛面条，是蒙古人喜爱的一种舒适美食。我认为他起源于中国，每个人都喜欢这个，但是我不太喜欢，因为太干了。
(2)Huushuur :
这里面有羊肉，牛肉和马肉，非常美味，但是我也不太喜欢，因为不太喜欢油炸的东西。
(3)Horhog :
Horhog是一种古老的蒙古烤肉，用大牛奶罐和加热的石头烹制而成。使用这些石头，你需要把它们放进火里，等它们变热变红后，我们可以把它们放在一个大锅或其他容器里。Horhog通常是用羊肉、羊肉或山羊肉的带骨切块，以及卷心菜、洋葱、土豆和胡萝卜等蔬菜制成的。
Munh-Erdene: I have prepared some pictures and videos about Mongolia
1 .Milk River (Сүүн гол)
It is really white and clean ,the Mongolian name is Suun gol.
2.Lake "Khovsgol" (Хөвсгөл нуур)
This is lake Khovsgol , It's the most famous place in Mongolia, it in the north side of Mongolia. It's so clean and everyone wants to go there for vacation or something, but I never went there.
3.Lake "Uvs Nuur" (Увс нуур)
It's a different lake called Uvs Nuur, located in the east of Mongolia. It would change different color in four seasons, in summer it looks like blue and turn into kind of green in spring and fall. In winter the lakes freezes and people can skate on it .
4.Gobi Desert (Говь)
We also have a desert, it looks like Sahara desert, quite big. And the whole south part of Mongolia is this kind of desert. There are two lake of different color, and if you go to Mongolia, you can use the camel, riding and traveling by these. In night we can see lot of stars,and in the winter and fall you can see this two different kind of color, red and blue, it actually shows red first, then it shows blue but I did not find the photo of blue sky.

6.Traditional food in Mongolia
(1)Tsuivan (Цуйван):
This is a sumptuous noodle stew made with lamb, carrots, and onions, which is a comfortable delicacy loved by Mongolians. I think it maybe originated in China and everyone likes it, but I don't really like it because it's too dry.
(2)Huushuur (Хуушуур):
Khushuue is a kind of fried dumplings. There are lamb, beef, and horse meat here, which are very delicious, but I don't really like them because I don't like fried things.
(3)Horhog (Хорxог) :
Horhog is a ancient Mongolian barbecue that is prepared in large milk jugs together with heated stones. Using these kind of stones and you need to put these into the fire, after they geting hot and turning red ,we can put them into the a big pot or other container. Horhog is usually made with bone-in cuts of mutton, lamb, or goat meat, as well as vegetables such as cabbage, onions, potatoes, and carrots.
韦覃曦：可以向我们介绍一下你比较喜欢的蒙古国美食吗？
李明优：我最喜欢的是一个蔬菜汤，名字是Ногоотой шөл (Nogootoi shol)， 里面有很多的蔬菜，汤汁还有一些肉，我还可以自己做这道菜，吃起来稍微有些咸，但是汁水很多。
Wei Qinxi: Could you introduce some food that you like in your country?
Munh-Erdene: My favourite food is a vegetable soup ,there have lots of vegetables,soup and a little bit meat. I can cook it by myself , it tastes a little salt and watery.
韦覃曦：我看到你给我们放的照片里除了蒙古包，还有一些很特别的房屋，这是你们的传统建筑吗？
李明优：也不是，在郊区比较常见，很漂亮，蒙古包也是，但是也不是非常多，因为他们经常搬家。举个例子，比如今年你在这里遇到了一户人家，明年你再回来想拜访他们的时候，他们可能就不在这里了。也许再过一年他们又回来了，这是蒙古的游牧文化。
Wei Qinxi: I saw that in the photos you showed us, in addition to yurts, there are some very special houses, is this your traditional architecture?
Munh-Erdene: No, they are more common in the suburbs and are quite beautiful. Mongolian yurts are also common, but not very many of them, because they often move around. For example, this year you might meet a family here and want to visit them again next year, but they may not be here. Perhaps a year later they return, which is the nomadic culture of Mongolia.
韦覃曦：可以为我们介绍一下蒙古国的城市是什么样子的吗，你一般居住在哪里？
李明优：我住在乌兰巴托市，这里有苏格巴特广场，这也是一个政府的建筑，这里还有一座人骑马的雕像，这个人是国家英雄，给我们带来了自由和独立。
韦覃曦：我还了解到大部分的蒙古国人都居住在乌兰巴托，是这样子的吗？
李明优：几乎一半都住在首都，蒙古国人口不是特别多的，大概是三百万，大概一百六十万人住在首都。
Wei Qinxi：Could you introduce to us what Mongolian cities like? And where do you usually lived ?
Munh-Erdene：I lived in Ulaanbaatar city，there is a Sukhbaatar Square，and it is also a government building. There is a statue of the person riding a horse, that person is the national hero, brings us freedom and independence.
Wei Qinxi : I also learned that most Mongolians live in Ulaanbaatar, is that right?
Munh-Erdene: Almost half of them live in the capital, and Mongolia's population is not particularly large, about three million, of which about 1.6 million live in the capital.
韦覃曦：蒙古国也因天气很好而著称，有“蓝天之国”的称号，你们的天气是怎么样的呢？
李明优：是的，天非常蓝，抬头的话往上看的话全都是蓝色的天空，冬天的时候天空是很白净的样子，夏天的天空很干净。但是最近好像经常下雨。
Wei Qinxi: Mongolia is also known for its beautiful weather and is known as the "Land of Blue Skies", what is your weather like?
Munh-Erdene: yeah ,the sky is very blue ,if you look up only see clean blue, when winter and summer,the sky is very white and clean , recently has lots of rains.
韦覃曦：在生活中你有什么爱好吗？
李明优：我喜欢画画，我想学习这个，感觉几乎我的一生都在不停地学习， 来中国之前我已经毕业于蒙古国的大学，拿到了英语和国际贸易专业的学位，现在我在学习中文。
韦覃曦：你的生活真的很忙碌
李明优：是的，因为这像是我的人生准则，所以我会不断地学习。
Wei Qinxi: Do you have any hobbies in your life?
Munh-Erdene: I wanna draw the picture,almost my whole life I am study ,Before coming to China, I had already graduated from a university in Mongolia and obtained a degree in English and international trade. Now I am studying Chinese.
Wei Qinxi: you are really busy.
Munh-Erdene:Yes, because it's kind like my life rule, so I will keep learning.
韦覃曦：你之前提到想继续在中国读研究生，你有打算过学习哪个专业吗？
李明优：我想学习金融或者商业管理。
韦覃曦：那你会想继续留在杭州工作吗？
李明优：我想去其他的国家，我很想去瑞士，这是我的梦想。
其他同学：在瑞士很多不同的地区会说不同的语言你到了那边可能还要重新学习语言，你会担心吗？
李明优：这对我来说其实影响不大。
其他同学：你也特别厉害，会说很多语言，蒙古语，中文和英语。
李明优：我之前其实还学过日语，但是忘了很多了哈哈哈哈哈。
Wei Qinxi:You mentioned before that you want to continue your graduate studies in China. Have you ever planned to study any major?
Munh-Erdene:I want to study finance or business management.
Wei Qinxi:Do you want to continue working in Hangzhou?
Munh-Erdene:I want to go to other countries, I really want to go to Switzerland, it's my dream.
Other students: In many different regions of Switzerland, different languages are spoken. When you arrive there, you may have to relearn the language. Are you worried about it ?
Munh-Erdene: This actually has little impact on me.
Other student: You are also particularly skilled and can speak many languages, including Mongolian, Chinese, and English.
Munh-Erdene:I actually learned Japanese before, but I forgot a lot, hahahaha.
韦覃曦：你可以教我们一些蒙古国的语言吗，感觉很难。
李明优：当然可以，确实很难，也有人说这是最难的语言 。因为意思很难，文字和俄语是一样的，但是一个词可能会有5—7个意思，在中国不同的汉字是不同的意思对吧，但是在蒙古是一个字会有六种不同的意思。
韦覃曦：可以用蒙古语写一下你的名字吗？
李明优：当然，我的名字是我的祖父给我起的，希望我永远都能杰出优秀。
韦覃曦：这是个很好的名字，那你的中文名字也是根据蒙古名字而来的吗？
李明优：是的，我向我之前的中文老师解释了我的本名，她就给我起了这个中文名字。
Wei Qinxi: Can you teach us some Mongolian languages? It feels difficult.
Munh-Erdene: Of course, it is indeed difficult, and some people say it is the most challenging language. Because the meaning is difficult, words and Russian are the same, but a word may have 5-7 different meanings. In China, different Chinese characters have different meanings, right? But in Mongolia, a word can have six different meanings.
Wei Qinxi: Can you write your name in Mongolian?
Munh-Erdene: Of course, my name was given to me by my grandfather, symbolizing the hope that I will always be outstanding.
Wei Qinxi: This is a great name, but is your Chinese name also derived from a Mongolian name?
Munh-Erdene: Yes, I explained my real name to my previous Chinese teacher, and she gave me this Chinese name.
韦覃曦：你有提到过你很喜欢中国的绿茶，可以和我们分享一下你觉得中国绿茶有什么不同吗？
李明优：有很多不同之处。在蒙古，绿茶有点涩，我不太喜欢那种味道。但中国绿茶不是这样的。它非常清爽。中国茶叶让我感到非常舒适和放松。
Wei Qinxi: Have you mentioned that you really like Chinese green tea? Can you share with us what you think are the differences about Chinese green tea?
Munh-Erdene: There are many differences. In Mongolia, green tea is a bit astringent, and I don't really like that taste. But Chinese green tea is not like that. It's very refreshing. Chinese tea makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
韦覃曦：你有去过中国其他城市旅行吗？
李明优：我去过上海，北京，佛山，舟山，南京，徐州。
韦覃曦：你最喜欢哪个城市呢？
李明优：佛山，因为我小时候喜欢看成龙和黄飞鸿的电影，他们都是起源于佛山。然后我觉得佛山不是一个很大的城市，在那里的时候我感觉很舒服。
Wei Qinxi: Have you traveled to other cities in China?
Munh-Erdene: I have been to Shanghai, Beijing, Foshan, Zhoushan, Nanjing, and Xuzhou.
Wei Qinxi: Which city do you like the most?
Munh-Erdene: Foshan, because when I was a child, I liked to watch movies by Jackie Chan and Wong Fei hung, both of whom originated in Foshan. Then I don't think Foshan is a super busy city, I feel very comfortable there.
徐晓柔：你有着很不错和丰富的人生经历，而且非常特别。
李明优：怎么说呢，我觉得我只是一个普通人，待在我自己的位置上，很多蒙古人也许会想变得很富有，还拥有很好的外貌，但是对我来说，我只想为我自己而活，变得更沉稳，去做我想做的事。
Xu Xiaorou : you have a rich life experience, and it's very special.
Munh-Erdene: How to say that , I feel like I'm just a normal person,and many Mongolians may want to become wealthy and have a good appearance, but for me, I just want to be myself, become more calm, and do everything I want to do.
