为进一步了解和关心国际学生在校学习和生活情况、增进对中外大学生所在国家文化的认识、培养学生国际视野、促进文化交流和文明沟通，国际学院推出教育开放推广季“跨文化视野”之“和山面对面”系列访谈节目。
本次活动由国际学院留学生管理专员郑天慧主持，特邀来自洪都拉斯的留学生马新梅（Munoz Montero Maria Cristina）作为嘉宾。马新梅向大家分享了洪都拉斯的文化与生活，从地理位置、自然风光到历史传统。她从地图上中美洲的坐标出发，带领大家走进了这个遥远而热情的国度。红金刚鹦鹉的艳丽羽毛、白尾鹿的灵动身影，还有那一页页自然风光与历史印记，都在她的讲述中变得鲜活起来。她还分享了家乡的日常生活、餐桌上的温情时刻，以及那些属于洪都拉斯人的节日与习俗，将洪都拉斯热情、开放的文化氛围娓娓道来。她的分享让同学们对中美洲国家的社会文化有了更深入的了解，也展现了新时代青年在跨文化交流中的开放心态与积极适应的能力。
马新梅，来自洪都拉斯，目前就读于汉语语言与文化专业。
Munoz Montero Maria Cristina, from Honduras, is currently studying Chinese Language and Culture.
1.问：如果打算去你们的国家旅游，你会建议我们去做什么呢？
马新梅：我会建议你去海滩，去享受那里的一切。但我也会建议你去科潘遗迹，去感受历史的魅力, 在那里，你可以看到玛雅人是如何生活的。但如果想享受海滩和热带风情的生活，我建议你可以考虑其他去处。但如果想同时体验这两种元素，我建议你去一些海滩、科潘遗址以及类似咖啡路线的地方，因为那里有很多值得展示的东西。
Q: What would you recommend us to do if we wanna go travelling to Honduras?
Maria: I would recommend you to go to the beaches to enjoy that. But I would also recommend you to go for Copan, for history, they can explain to you how Mayans lived in there. But if you want to enjoy a beach, tropical life, I would recommend you other stuff. So it will be based on what you want to see. But if you want both, I would recommend you some beaches and Copan and, like, that coffee route, because you have many stuff to show.
问：最受欢迎的地方是哪里呢？是山还是沿海地区，比如海滩？
马新梅：我认为最受欢迎的是海滩以及所有自然景观。我们这里有著名的瀑布和山脉，比如伊拉斯德拉巴哈亚群岛，还有科亚索科奇诺斯。它们就像是同一个地方的不同岛屿，但彼此连接。当你身处那里时，你不仅能看到海洋生物，比如海龟和我们所拥有的特色物种。而且，因为这里处于森林的中间地带，你还能看到森林里的动物、鸟类。所以，你在那里不仅能体验海滩生活，还能体验到自然生活。如果你想在一个地方体验两者，我百分之百会推荐你去卡约斯科奇诺斯。我们的海滩非常受欢迎，因为我们以清澈的海水而闻名。
Q: So, what is the most popular place? Is it mountains or coastal sites, like beaches?
Maria: Well, the most popular are the beaches and all the nature in general. We have very famous waterfalls and mountains. I will say to you Islas de la Bahia and also this place that is called Cayos Cochinos. They are like different islands in the same place. Different islands that are connected. But, when you are there, you can see our not only the sea life, like the turtles and that species we have, but also, because it's a little bit in the middle of the forest, you can also see the forest animals, the birds. So, when you are there, you are experiencing not only the beach life, but also natural life. If you want to experience both of them in one place, I will 100% recommend you to go to Cayos Cochinos. Our beaches are so popular. Because we are popular for our crystal water.
问：那么，你是更喜欢自然景观还是像之前你说的海滩呢？
马新梅：我真的很喜欢海滩。但我也真的很喜欢我们拥有的自然空间。有一处叫做普拉帕纳扎克的瀑布，你可以在那进行诸如树冠探险之类的活动。
Q: So, do you like natural places more or the beach as you stated before?
Maria: I really like the beach. But I also really like the natural spaces we have. We have the waterfall called Pulapanzac. It's very cool and you can do activities like canopy and that.
2.问：洪都拉斯有哪些日常习惯吗？
马新梅：这有点难以回答，我想这和城市风格有关，因为我们有国家首都和工业首都，通常人们的工作或上学的日常流程是起床、去上班或上学，然后度过余下的时光，比如回家、休息、与家人团聚、吃晚餐，诸如此类。每个人都会去上班或上学，当完成工作后，他们会和家人共度时光，享受片刻的欢乐。但我知道在洪都拉斯沿海地区人们生活更为惬意，所以可以说每个地区的情况都大不相同。
Q: What are some traditional routines?
Maria: Well, that's difficult to answer. It depends on the cities, because we have capitals and industrial capitals that usually the routine for people will be like wake up, go to job or school, and then enjoy the rest of the day, like going to your home, rest, be with your family, have a dinner,that kind of stuff. Every person goes to work or school, and then after they finish, they go and spend time with their family, enjoy a little bit. But I know that on the coast side of the country they are more relaxed, so I would say it's very different for every region.
问：你最怀念家乡的是什么呢？
马新梅：我真的很想念我的家人和一些个人的东西，但现在我会说是天气，因为洪都拉斯是一个阳光明媚的国家。那里天气非常炎热，而且每天都很晴朗，而在这儿此刻天气有点阴沉。我想这就是我最怀念的东西，但我也有一点儿想念家乡的食物和家乡的口味。
Q: So, what's the most thing you miss from your homeland?
Maria: Well, I really miss my family and the personal stuff, but I think right now I will say the weather because it's a very sunny country. It's very hot, and the days are very sunny, and right now it's a little bit cloudy. I think that's what I miss, but also a little bit of my food, my flavors.
3.问：你觉得洪都拉斯和你们的邻国有没有什么相似之处？
马新梅：我认为我们的文化是相似的，但我们也有各自的差异，比如我们的传统食物并不完全相同。但我们的历史有一点相似，因为我们都曾被西班牙殖民，而且我们各自的国家都有像原住民这样的群体，我们都说西班牙语，都会以类似的方式庆祝我们的国家独立日。民间传说以及传统服饰在某些方面也是相似的，我觉得这在某种程度上反映了我们文化的一些共性，因为我们的历史是这样的，地理位置也是如此。
Q: Do you think there are some similarities between Honduras and your neighbors?
Maria: I think our culture is similar, but we also have our differences, for example, our traditional food is not the same. But I think our history is a little bit similar, because all of us was colonized by Spain, and all of us has indigenous groups in their country. We all speak Spanish and we also celebrate our National Independence Day in the similar way. We have folklore also and traditional clothings that in some points they are similar. I think it's a little bit of our culture is similar, because of our history and the location.
问：如果你要用一个词来描述你的国家，你会怎么描述呢？
马新梅：那就是“快乐”吧，因为不仅这里的人民非常友好、快乐，而且这个国家还有很多值得你享受的东西，有很多能给你带来乐趣的东西。我们不仅有海滩，还有其他的东西：我们有森林，有瀑布，但我们也有历史遗迹，我们有着非常悠久的历史，所以这就是快乐的原因，因为在同一个地方，你可以享受很多东西。
Q: If you have to describe your country using just one word, what would it be?
Maria: Joyful! Because not only the people are very friendly, happy, but also it's a country that you can enjoy. Because they have many things to offer you. We don't only have beaches, we have other stuff: we have forests, we have waterfalls, but we also have places that are part of history.We have a very big history. So “ joyful”, because you can like enjoy many stuff in one place.
4.问：洪都拉斯人是怎么看待中国的呢？
马新梅：洪都拉斯把中国视为一个幅员辽阔且非常强大的国家。他们知道这里的人民很勤劳。他们甚至把这种精神当作激励我们更加勤奋、更加努力学习、变得更好的榜样。
Q: How do people in your country view China?
Maria: Well, they view China as a really big country, and a powerful country. They know that people here is hardworking. They even had it like a example for us to be more hardworking, study more, and be better.
问：假如在中国有某种商品出售，而你希望在你的国家也能买到同样的商品，你会期望是那是什么？
马新梅：我希望是一种体系。也许是像中国那样的组织方式。中国人做事非常有条理。这是我想让洪都拉斯拥有的东西。
Q: If there's a thing that you sell here in China, and you would like to have the same things in your country, what would you expect it to be?
Maria: It's like... a system or something. I will say maybe the way China is organized. Chinese people are very organized. It's something that I would love to, that Honduras have.
5.问：可以说说洪都拉斯的教育情况吗？
马新梅：我们拥有良好的教育体系，但并非每个人都能获得优质的教育。我们有私立学校，如果你进入了一所私立学校，那可能就是你能获得的最佳教育。但并不是说我们的教师不好，而是政府不太愿意在公立教育方面投入太多精力。在我们的公立大学里也有优质的教育，但也不是每个人都能进入公立大学，你必须通过一定的入学要求才行。此外，我们还有私立大学，其费用相对较高，很多人通过奖学金才能入学，但获得这些奖学金也并非易事。
Q: Can you talk about education in Honduras?
Maria: We have good education but not everyone can get a good education.That's the problem.We have private school and if you get into a private school, it’s the best education you can have. It's not that we have bad teachers, it’s that the government doesn't like put too much attention on the public education school. In our universities we have good education, but also not everyone can get into that university, you have to get admission.We have the private university that are a little bit expensive. Many people get in there with scholarships that also are a little bit difficult to get.
问：每个国家都有好的方面和不好的方面。你对洪都拉斯有什么看法？它能被改变吗？或者说你不喜欢它现在的样子，所以希望它从哪些方面去改变呢？
马新梅：我会说是政治。我认为洪都拉斯的名声不太好，也不太受欢迎，主要是因为我们的政治状况和政府。人们更多地谈论的是那些负面的事情，而看不到其他好的方面。所以，我会说这是因为我们政府和政治方面存在很多问题，而且这是我希望能够改变的事情。但当你去到洪都拉斯时，你会看到更多美好的东西。
Q: In every country there is good and there is bad. What do you think about Honduras? Can it be changed or that you don't like that you would like to be changed?
Maria: I will say the politics. I think that Honduras is not well seen or not very popular because of that. People talk more about the bad things because of politics we have, our government. And that's why other good stuff they are not seen. So, I will say that because we have a very problem with government and political stuff. And it will be something that I would love that it can be changed. But when you go there, you see there is more good stuff, beautiful stuff.
问：那么关于洪都拉斯，你最想改变的一点是什么呢？
马新梅：我会首先改变教育体系，比如为那些只能接受公立教育的人提供更好的教育，而不是仅仅让那些上私立学校的人接受教育，因为我认为教育是所有事情的基础，当你拥有良好的教育时，你就会成为一个有影响力的人，所以我会改变教育体系，使其变得更好，这样每个孩子都能上学，并在未来拥有更多的机会，比如获得一份工作等等。我不知道我现在是否能给出一个答案，因为我不知道几年后会发生什么，但我很愿意回到洪都拉斯，带着我所学到的知识回到我的国家。
Q: What is the point of Honduras that you expect to change most?
Maria: I will first change the educational system for the people who can only get a public education. Not only that people that go to private school. Because I think that education is the base of everything. When you have a good education, you are a powerful person. I will change the education system to make it better, so every kid can go to school and have more opportunities in the future, so you can get a job and that stuff. I couldn't give you an answer right now, because I don't know what is going to happen in some years, but I would love to go back to Honduras, with the knowledge back to my country.
