根据《浙江外国语学院学生处分条例》（浙外院[2017]64号）第三章第二十四条以及《浙江外国语学院留学生管理办法（暂行）》（浙外院[2013]31号）第七章第二十三条规定，对于未能如期到校完成注册且未书面向学院说明理由以及不按规定参加学校规定的教学活动达到一定时长的学生，学院将予以退学处理。
经学院讨论，下列留学生已违反上述规定，且通过多方联系后仍未取得联系。经学院党政联席会议研究决定，拟对AMRHAR ASAD等4名留学生予以退学处理，特此公示。如有异议，请于即日起10日内，通过书面形式向学院申诉并提供相关证明材料。
