On the morning of 27 July, the student rode an electric bicycle while carrying another international student as a passenger along a motor-vehicle lane in the wrong direction. The student collided with a tricycle, causing the passenger to sustain injuries. Neither individual was wearing a helmet, and the rider had consumed alcohol prior to operating the electric bicycle. In light of the student’s violation of traffic regulations, which resulted in injury, the college has decided to impose a severe warning.

If the student wishes to appeal this decision, a written appeal together with all supporting documents must be submitted to the International School within 10 calendar days from the date of this notice. Appeals received after this deadline will not be considered.
