各位浙江外国语学院校园一卡通用户：
为了进一步规范我校校园一卡通的使用和管理，根据上级部署，决定对“校园休眠饭卡”进行专项清理。现将有关事项公告如下：
一、清理对象
本次专项清理的对象为“校园休眠饭卡”，是指截至2026年4月12日（含）连续两年以上未使用过的浙江外国语学院校园一卡通。
二、清理方式
自本公告发布之日起至2026年5月30日（工作日），持卡人可通过以下方式办理登记退款和注销：
1. 线上方式：访问“浙外后勤”微信公众号，进入“校园卡-校园卡服务”栏目中的“注销”页面，在线提交相关材料，进行线上退款登记。
2.线下方式：携带本人校园卡、有效身份证件（身份证或护照）及本人名下银行卡，前往后勤服务中心办事大厅办理登记手续。
线上退款及注销手续将于2026年6月1日-3日集中办理。截止到2026年5月30日，持卡人不提交申请的视为放弃使用校园一卡通，由学校后勤服务中心统一作冻结处理，线上渠道关闭，办理有关业务的持卡人需要携带相关材料到乐群楼101后勤服务中心现场办理。

Dear users of the ZISU campus card:
In order to further standardize the use and management of our school's campus card system, in accordance with the instructions from higher authorities, we have decided to conduct a special cleanup of the "campus dormant cards". The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1.Cleanup Objects
The objects of this special clearance are "dormant campus cards", which refer to the campus smart cards of Zhejiang International Studies University that have not been used for two consecutive years as of April 12, 2026 (inclusive).
2.Cleanup Methods
From the date of this announcement to May 30, 2026 (weekdays only), cardholders may apply for refund and cancellation through the following methods:
①Online method: Follow the "ZISU Logistics" WeChat public account, navigate to the "Cancellation" page under "Campus Card - Campus Card Services", submit the required materials online, and register for an online refund.
②Offline method: Bring your campus card, valid ID (ID card or passport), and a personal bank card to the Logistics Service Center Hall to complete the registration procedures.
Online refund and cancellation procedures will be processed centrally from June 1 to June 3, 2026. Cardholders who do not submit an application by May 30, 2026 will be deemed to have voluntarily relinquished their campus card, and the University Logistics Service Center will uniformly freeze the card, shutting down online access. Cardholders who need to handle related procedures after this date must bring the relevant materials to the Logistics Service Center, Room 101, Lequn Building, for on-site processing.
