关于给予萨拉同学警告处分的决定

ALZAHRANI SALAH MOHAMMED AMBAREK，男，学号19190701001，就读于国际商学院19级电子商务专业。10月31日晚该生被发现在品C一楼拐角处存在不文明行为，违反学校管理规定，破坏校园文化环境。

根据《学校学生处分条例》（浙外院办[2017]64号）第三章第二十三条规定“破坏绿化、校园环境、公共卫生、损坏公私财务，除赔偿损失外，视情节严重，给予警告至留校察看处分；造成严重后果的，给予开除学籍处分”。

目前该生已向学院提交一千字检讨书，认错态度诚恳，综合考虑之前该生整体表现，经讨论，拟给予该生警告处分。

On the evening of October 31, the student was found to have uncivilized behavior at the corner of the first floor of Pin C, violating school management regulations and destroying the cultural environment of the campus.

According to Article 23 of Chapter 3 of the Regulations on the Punishment of School Students (Zhejiang International Studies University[2017] No. 64), "if you destroy greenery, campus environment, public health, or damage public and private finances, in addition to compensating for losses, depending on the seriousness of the circumstances, you will be given a warning and placed on probation; If serious consequences are caused, the sanction of expulsion shall be given".

At present, the student has submitted a 1,000-word review to the College, admitting mistakes sincerely, comprehensively considering the overall performance of the student before. After discussion, it is proposed to give the student a warning sanction.
