专业简介(Introduction to the Program)


本专业立足服务“一带一路”沿线国家和地区在中国投资发展的需要,旨在培养具备国际视野,了解当代经贸发展,熟悉中国营商环境,系统掌握国际经贸基本理论、知识与技能,具备扎实跨国经商实践能力和较强跨文化沟通能力,能熟练运用中英文从事外国企业在中国经营的国际化应用型人才。

In order to meet the demand of people from countries and regions along “the Belt and Road Initiative” routes to invest and develop in China, this major aims to cultivate international application-oriented talents with international vision, understanding of contemporary economic and trade development, familiarity with China’s business environment, mastery of theories, knowledge and skills in international economy and trade, practical ability to run international business, and cross-cultural communication competence. They are supposed to be able to use Chinese and English to operate international business in China.


培养目标(Cultivating Objective)


本专业对所培养学生在毕业五年的预期目标如下:

After five-years graduation, the students will be :

1. 在外国企业在华经营中,熟悉中国的商法和经济法等在华投资的相关法律,能够胜任跨文化商务沟通等领域工作;

Be familiar with Chinese business law, economic law and other relevant laws for foreign investment in China when operating in China;

2. 在外国企业在华经营中,熟悉中国企业的经营管理模式,能够熟练开展与中国企业的合作,成为国外企业在华运营的中高级管理人员;

Be familiar with the operation and management modes of Chinese enterprises in the operation of foreign enterprises in China, being able to cooperate with Chinese enterprises effectively, and being able to become middle or senior managers of foreign enterprises operating in China;

3. 熟悉中文和英文,能够利用双语在中国开展市场营销、中国市场调研分析、在华公关商务以及进行国内外市场推广活动等相关活动;

Be familiar with Chinese and English, being able to carry out marketing, Chinese market research and analysis, public relations, foreign market promotion and other relevant activities in China by using bilingual;

4. 具备较强的行业分析能力,能对中国市场进行宏观和微观分析,制定企业在华经营策划的运营管理人员。

Have a strong industry analysis capability, being able to conduct a macro and micro analysis on Chinese market, being able to enact schemes in operating in China.


培养要求(Cultivating Requirements)


(一)知识要求( Knowledge)


1.通识性知识(Liberal knowledge)

掌握作为社会公民的一般性知识、了解经典人文社会科学和自然科学的基本常识,了解当前中国宏观、微观经济形势,熟悉中国的营商环境;

To grasp the common knowledge of being a qualified citizen, be familiar with common sense of classical social and natural sciences, having a better understanding on current Chinese macro and micro economic situation and being familiar with the business environment in China.


2. 汉语知识(Chinese)

掌握汉语的听说读写能力,能够在国际市场营销、国际贸易、跨国谈判等商务环境下,实现汉语的无障碍沟通。

Be able to listen, speak, read and write in Chinese, and can use Chinese fluently to conduct marketing, international trade and cross-border negotiation.


3. 专业性知识(Professional knowledge)

系统性掌握国际商务、国际贸易、国别与区域研究、中国经济、中国商法等领域的基本概念、理论知识,理解各个知识模块之间的关系,形成完整的知识体系。

Be able to systematically grasp the basic concept, theoratical knowledge on international business, international trade, countries and regions study, Chinese economy, Chinese business law, etc., understand the relationships among different knowledge modules, and form a comprehensive knowledge framework.

(二) 能力要求(Abilities )


通过系统性学习,将本专业知识运用到实际商务运营和管理的实践能力;实现准确地跨文化沟通能力;具有分析问题、解决问题的能力及高效的团队合作能力。具体能力如下:

The abilities of applying specialized knowledge to business operation and management through systematic learning; the abilities of accurate cross-cultural communication; the abilities of analyzing and solving problems; the abilities of effective team cooperation. More specific as followed:


1. 具备中文和英文双语进行跨文化商务沟通与谈判的能力;

The ability to conduct cross-cultural business communication and negotiation in both Chinese and English;

2. 具备掌握市场调研方法、熟练使用商务分析软件进行国内外市场调研、分析的能力;

The ability to master market research methods and proficiently use business analysis software to conduct domestic and foreign market research and analysis

3. 通晓中国经济现状、营商法律和惯例,具备跨学科的创新创业能力;

The ability of understanding China's current economic situation, business laws and practices, and having the spirit of interdisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship.

4. 洞悉中国产业动态,具备应用所学知识与方法解决外国企业在华经营中实际问题的能力。

The insight into the dynamics of China's industry, and the ability of applying the knowledge and methods learned to solving the practical problems encountered in the foreign companies operating in China.

(三)素质要求(Quality requirements)


1.具有优良的道德品质和社会责任感,具备正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,具有较强守法经营的法制观念;

Possessing excellent moral trait and sense of social responsibility, having a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and have a strong legal concept of law-abiding in operating business;

2.具备较高的人文、科学、艺术素养;科学的思维方法、求实创新精神、以及专业分析素养;

To be equipped with the literacy of humanity, sciences, and arts, the scientific methodology, spirit of entrepreneurship, and the accomplishment of profession;

3.拥有良好的专业素养、团队协作精神和国际视野,具备职业认同感、职业责任感和职业素养。

Possessing good professional quality, teamwork spirit and international vision, with professional identity, professional responsibility and professional quality.

4. 具有强健的体魄和健全的心理素质。

Being healthy and sound physically and mentally.


专业优势(Advantages of the Program)


随着中国经济不断增长,并有望成为世界第一大经济体,商人和企业家所获得的机会也不断增加。越来越多的企业和个人希望来中国经商投资。学校所在的省份-浙江在中国经济增长的过程中,越来越发挥出领导地位。比如:义乌小商品市场和阿里巴巴旗下的淘宝,作为中国最大的小商品市场和最大的电子商务平台,为全球众多企业提供了大量机遇。对于将来的学生来说,了解世界的商业环境,特别是当代中国的商业环境,加上中国的语言和文化,是必须的。该项目旨在培养学生在这种环境中运作和工作的能力,并提升学生在中国和世界各地经商的兴趣和能力。

As the Chinese economy grows and is on the track of becoming the world’s largest, so do the opportunities for businessmen and entrepreneurs. More and more companies and individuals prefer to do business and have an investment in China. This strong growth in business has especially taken place in the province of Zhejiang, where this University is located, because it is the leader of economy development in China. For example, Yiwu Small Commodities Market and Alibaba’s Taobao, the largest small commodities market and e-commerce platform in China, have provided ample opportunities for numerous businesses all over the world. The ability to function and work in this environment thus becomes vital. For prospective students, understanding the business environment of the world and especially of contemporary China, plus Chinese language and culture, is a must. The purpose of this program is to meet these targets and to promote students' interest and ability in doing business in China and across the world.
