Q1.你能和我介绍一下你的城市吗？
陈世松：我所在的城市叫“海防”，它是一个北方靠海的港口城市，有非常多的海鲜，我很喜欢。而且它有一个很好听的名字，叫“凤凰花城”。在街道上随时都可以看到凤凰花，相当于是我们的市花。我们还有一个节日——凤凰花节。这个节日有非常多的活动，唱歌、跳舞、品尝美食等等。在海防市附近有非常多的中国工厂，里面工人多半都是广西人。然后我高中放暑假的时候会去那里帮忙做翻译，对提高我的汉语水平有很大的帮助。还有，我的城市离首都很近，开车只要一个小时就可以了。
Q1. Can you tell me a little bit about your city?
Chen Shisong: My city is called "Haiphong", it is a port city near the sea in the north, and there is a lot of seafood, which I like very much. And it has a nice name, called "Phoenix Flower City". You can see the phoenix flower on the street at any time, which is equivalent to our city flower. We also have a festival – the Phoenix Flower Festival. The festival has a lot of activities, singing, dancing, food tasting, and more. There are a lot of Chinese factories near Hai Phong, and most of the workers in them are from Guangxi. Then I would go there to help as a translator during the summer vacation of high school, which was a great help to improve my Chinese skills. Also, my city is very close to the capital, just an hour's drive away.
Q2. 你为什么选择放弃了河内国家大学来到中国留学？
陈世松：去国外留学一直都是我的愿望。河内国家大学是越南第一名的大学，我用汉语考入了其中的文学专业。虽然我很喜欢这个专业和这所大学，但是出国留学一直都是我的愿望。我不想放弃留学的机会，所以我选择了放弃河内国家大学。
Q2. Why did you choose to give up Hanoi National University to study in China?
Chen Shisong: Studying abroad has always been my wish. Hanoi National University is the number one university in Vietnam, and I was admitted to the literature major in Chinese. Although I love this major and this university, studying abroad has always been my wish. I didn't want to give up the opportunity to study abroad, so I chose to give up Hanoi National University.
Q3. 你有什么好的学习汉语的学习方法吗？
陈世松：我的方法是多看电影，通过社交媒体去看中国人日常生活视频，然后多多积累词汇。还有就是要买一些教材来学习，我高二的时候刚开始学习，觉得汉语学习真的非常难。然后高三的时候，因为要备战高考所以我每天只能抽出一个小时来学习汉语，虽然时间紧但慢慢就觉得汉语没那么难了。
Q3. Do you have any good ways to learn Chinese?
Chen Shisong: My method is to watch more movies, watch videos of Chinese's daily life through social media, and then accumulate more vocabulary. I just started studying in my second year of high school, and I felt that learning Chinese was really difficult. Then in my third year of high school, I could only spare an hour a day to study Chinese because I had to prepare for the college entrance examination.
Q4. 如果我来你的国家旅游，你会推荐我去哪几个地方玩？
陈世松：第一个地方肯定是我们的首都——河内。首都有很多地方可以参观，然后有非常多的美食。我每个周末会去首都吃东西然后买东西，因为在首都有很多的商场。第二个地方是我们的芽庄。芽庄的海滩特别漂亮，每年会有很多中国游客来这里玩而且芽庄的海鲜特别好吃。第三个地方是胡志明，这是越南最发达的城市。这里的居住人口很多而且其中的年轻人很多，大家的思想都比较开放。
Q4. If I were to visit your country, what places would you recommend me to visit?
Chen Shisong: The first place is definitely our capital – Hanoi. There are many places to visit in the capital, and then there is a very large amount of cuisine. I go to the capital every weekend to eat and buy something because there are a lot of malls in the capital. The second place is our Nha Trang. Nha Trang's beaches are particularly beautiful, many Chinese tourists come here every year, and the seafood in Nha Trang is particularly delicious. The third place is Ho Chi Minh, which is the most developed city in Vietnam. There are a large number of people living here, and there are many young people among them, and everyone is relatively open-minded.
Q5. 你觉得越南人民有什么特点？
陈世松：热情—我们特别欢迎外国人来到我们国家。然后我们会有一颗求知的心，希望能通过和外国人交流来提升自己的外语水平。爱学习—大部分越南人都特别热爱学习，非常认真刻苦。有礼貌—我们从小会上道德课然后被教育要尊敬长辈。能吃苦—在越南我们一般早上六七点就要上课了，下班也比较晚。
Q5. What do you think are the characteristics of the Vietnamese people?
Chen Shisong: Warmth – We especially welcome foreigners to our country. Then we will have a thirst for knowledge and hope to improve our foreign language skills by communicating with foreigners. Love to learn – Most Vietnamese people are very keen to learn and are very conscientious and hardworking. Be polite – we grow up with moral lessons and are taught to respect our elders. Able to endure hardship – in Vietnam, we usually have classes at six or seven o'clock in the morning, and we leave work late.
Q6. 你觉得教学和生活方面，中国老师与越南老师比怎么样？有什么不适应的地方？
陈世松：我觉得中国老师很热情，帮助我们解决问题。我非常感激他们。但是在越南，老师上课节奏会比较快，我们可能还没有听懂或者还没来得及记笔记就结束了，但是我们都比较害羞不敢跟老师沟通。但是中国这里的老师上课讲得非常仔细，课程内容我也都能听懂，不需要课下再花时间找老师提问。
Q6. How do you think Chinese teachers compare with Vietnamese teachers in terms of teaching and life, and what are some of the things that are not suitable?
Chen Shisong:I felt that the Chinese teachers were very enthusiastic and helped us solve our problems. I am very grateful to them. But in Vietnam, the teacher's class is fast-paced, and we may not understand or take notes before we can finish it, but we are all shy and afraid to communicate with the teacher. But the teachers here in China are very careful in class, and I can understand the content of the course, so I don't need to spend time asking questions after class.
