Sisrley Kristel suyon loofrom Peruwho is studying Chinese language and culture now.

Q1: Do you have any Peruvian food recommendations?

Sisrley Kristel suyon loo: Pachamanca This is to dig a pit in the ground, then spread pebbles and roast them over a fire, then use the pebbles as a pot, place meat, potatoes, corn and other ingredients on the stones, add some natural spices, spread leaves, cover with a thick cloth, and finally cover the pit with soil and wait for two or three hours. It's a tedious process that is usually made and eaten together when the whole family is there, Pollo a la Brasa (Grilled Chicken) the spice of this chicken is the seasoning, Peruvian botanicals are the soul of the dish, Cuy (I know there are people in China who keep guinea pigs as pets, we don't just raise them but eat them, it's delicious), and Peruvian Raw Pickles (Ceviche) it tastes like sushi with lemon on top.

Q2: Why do you want to learn Chinese?

Sisrley Kristel suyon loo: My grandfather is Chinese, came to Peru because of World War II, and then opened a Chinese restaurant in Peru's Chinatown and met and fell in love with my grandmother. When I was five or six years old, whenever my grandparents had a fight, my grandfather would draw in a notebook, and when I was a child, I always thought it was my grandfather who was angry and drawing, but he told me that he was writing Chinese characters. Then I became interested in Chinese and pestered my grandfather to teach me Chinese. He thought I didn't care about it on a whim, he just taught me very simple Chinese characters such as "Shang" and "Xia", and promised me to teach me when I grew up, but I didn't expect that I really liked Chinese, and at the age of 15, I put forward the idea of letting my grandfather teach me Chinese, this time he still refused, because he is Cantonese, so he can only speak Cantonese and not Mandarin, so I entered the Confucius Institute of the Catholic University to study Chinese. My grandfather passed away ten years ago, and I am the only one of his fifteen grandchildren and granddaughters who can speak Chinese and study Chinese, and I want to continue to study Chinese. And in China there has a song by Teresa Teng that I have called Condor Pasa, when I learned about her music it was also at the age of 8 and it also aroused interest in me, then I managed to learn it with Exactly, the songs I know are Tian Mimi, the moon represents my heart.

Q3: If I want to travel to Peru, where do you recommend me to go?

Sisrley Kristel suyon loo: The whole territory of Peru is mainly divided into three landscapes - desert, tropical rainforest, and seaside. If it's by the sea, I recommend going to Lima. Then we dance differently in each region Kuska if it's rainforest, Cumbia, Salasa if it's a mix of rainforest and seaside. Each place has a different dance, and children learn it from an early age.

Q4: After coming to China, did you find any difference?

Sisrley Kristel suyon loo: First, security, I am sad that robberies and thefts often occur in my country, but not in China; second, our traffic jam is very serious, because our country has only one subway line, and there are relatively few buses, so the basic means of transportation is the car; third, food, I am still not used to Chinese food after coming to China, because Peruvian food is almost non-refueling, it is pure and natural, and in my eyes it is really world-class delicious. But as far as I know, there are only two Peruvian restaurants in the whole of China, which is a pity. Fourth, Chinese children are more independent, like me, I have to call my parents every day, but I feel that Chinese children are not very good at expressing their thoughts about their families, and it seems that they basically do not call their parents. Fifth, in our country, if someone dies, we will turn it into a "happy mourning", singing, dancing and drinking to celebrate the deceased going to heaven, but I found that relatives are crying at Chinese funerals.

Q5: What Chinese cities have you visited? What's your favorite city?

Sisrley Kristel suyon loo: I've been to Xi'an, Chengdu, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Hangzhou. My favorite is Xi'an, because there is the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and there are a lot of places to play, of course, this is because I have been in Xi'an for a long time, and I hope that I will have more opportunities to contact Hangzhou in the coming days, and then fall in love with the city of Hangzhou.
