该名留学生于11月7号晚间骑电动车因驾驶速度过快，追尾另一辆正在非机动车道上正常行驶的电动车，致使双方均有不同程度的受伤。根据交警事故判定，留学生LIMNI ADAM负全部责任。在双方调解程序后，留学生在未告知各方且暂未履行赔偿义务的情况下离开中国，情节较为恶劣。

根据《浙江外国语学院留学生管理办法（暂行）》（浙外院[2013]31号）第七章第三十三条，经学院研究决定，给予其记过处分。

Decision Regarding the Disciplinary Demerit Issued to International Student LIMNI ADAM

LIMNI ADAM, male, Moroccan, passport number XL1294084, student ID 20250917138, is a student majoring in International Business at the International Business School, enrolled from September 2025 to July 2029.

On the evening of November 7, while riding an electric bicycle, the student collided with another electric bicycle traveling normally in the non-motorized vehicle lane due to excessive speed, resulting in injuries to both parties. According to the traffic police accident report, LIMNI ADAM bears full responsibility for the incident. Following mediation procedures between the parties involved, the student left China without informing relevant parties and without fulfilling the compensation obligation, which constitutes a serious violation.

In accordance with Article 33, Chapter 7 of the Zhejiang International Studies University International Student Management Measures (Provisional) (ZheWaiYuan [2013] No. 31), and upon deliberation by the school, it has been decided to issue LIMNI ADAM a disciplinary demerit.

If the student disagrees with this decision, he may file a written appeal to the school within 10 days from the date of this notice, providing relevant supporting materials. Appeals submitted after this period will not be accepted.
