专业简介(Introduction to the Program)
本专业面向留学生培养具有扎实的中文语言综合能力,了解当代中国的政治、经济、文化和社会,熟悉国际文旅产业的基本规律,具备较强的国际文旅项目策划与管理、跨文化交流、市场营销能力,了解国际文旅企业运作,能满足涉外文旅事业单位以及相关经济管理部门所需要的复合型、应用型、国际化的文旅专业人才。
Tourism Management degree program aims to cultivate international students to be interdisciplinary, application-oriented and international cultural tourism professionals, who are capable to work in foreign-related cultural tourism business units and related economic management sectors. The program’s objectives are to train international students’ various abilities in Chinese language, contemporary Chinese politics, economy, culture and society, and to be familiar with the basic rules of international cultural tourism industry. The graduates will be capable of understanding international cultural tourism enterprise operation, international cultural tourism project planning and management, as well as cross-cultural communication and marketing.
培养要求(Cultivating Requirements)
1.掌握中国的人文社会科学、财经科学的基础知识,了解中国以及世界旅游业现状与发展趋势;
To acquire basic knowledge of Chinese humanities, social sciences and financial sciences, and to understand the current situation and development trend of tourism in China and the world;
2.掌握汉语文化知识,能用汉语熟练进行沟通交流、洽谈旅游商务合作的具体业务,能胜任留在国内从事旅游国际化发展的相关业务;
To master the knowledge of Chinese culture, be able to communicate and negotiate the specific business of tourism business cooperation in Chinese proficiently, and to engage in the business related to the international development of tourism in China;
3.熟练掌握管理学、经济学、统计学、旅游学概论、旅游市场营销、旅游规划与开发、旅游目的地管理、旅游消费者行为等旅游管理类专业理论知识与方法,了解本学科的理论前沿及发展动态,能从事旅游项目开发、产品设计与运营、国际化旅游管理等具体业务;
To be proficient in professional theoretical knowledge and methods concerning management, economics, statistics, introduction to tourism, tourism marketing, tourism planning & development, tourism destination management, tourism consumer behavior, etc. To understand the theoretical frontier and development of the discipline, and be engaged in tourism project development, product design & operation, international tourism management and other specific business;
4. 培养独立思考、批判性思维的习惯,具备进取意识和探索精神,拥有良好的创新能力、创业能力和科学研究能力;
To cultivate the habit of independent and critical thinking, to have enterprising consciousness and exploratory spirit, and have good innovative ability, entrepreneurial ability and scientific research ability;
5. 具备国内外旅游市场调研分析、跨境电商软件应用以及熟练使用中英文进行客户谈判的能力;
The ability of tourism marketing research and analysis, application of software and negotiation with customers in Chinese and English;
6. 通晓国际规则和惯例,具备跨学科的创新创业能力;
The understanding of international rules and practices, the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in cross-subject;
7. 培养跨文化交流的兴趣,养成尊重中国以及世界不同国家和地区文化及风俗等的良好素养,在读、说、听、写、译等各个方面熟练掌握汉语,具备良好的跨文化沟通能力。
To develop an interest in cross-cultural communication, and to foster good quality in respecting various cultures and customs of China and in different countries and regions in the world, and become proficient in reading, speaking, listening, writing and translating Chinese, and have good cross-cultural communication skills.

旅游管理专业坚持以学生为中心的办学理念,确立了“以外语交际能力为特色,以国际化应用型为导向,以全球就业为目标”的专业发展定位与特色发展思路。本专业以“课堂理论教学+实践基地教学+实验平台教学”相结合的教学模式,积极发挥国家一流专业的优势,利用多平台、多渠道丰富教学内容,提升学生学习和实践的综合能力,增强学生对专业的认同度。
Tourism management major adheres to the student-centered concept of running a school, and has established the professional development orientation and characteristic development idea of "featuring foreign language communication ability, oriented by international application and aiming at global employment". The program is based on the teaching mode of “classroom theory teaching + practical base teaching + experimental platform teaching”. By actively taking advantage of the national first-class specialty, and utilizing multiple platforms and channels to enrich the teaching content, it aims to enhance the students’ comprehensive ability of learning and practice, as well as students’ recognition of the profession.
